These Terms of Service govern your use of the Aadhya Animatics website and any enquiries or projects initiated through it. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
All quotes and proposals are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and revision rounds are defined in the signed proposal or statement of work.
Upon full payment, final deliverables are transferred to the client for their agreed use. Aadhya Animatics retains the right to display the work in portfolios, showreels, and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.
Payment terms are outlined in each proposal. Typically, a 50% advance is required to commence production, with the balance due before final delivery.
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges and timeline adjustments.
Aadhya Animatics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
